Week 13

On chapter 10 of Steal like an artist, Austin Kleon states that we should choose what to leave out, to put limitations on personal work of regardless of what it is.

Constraints help us because we get a lack of resources, and that helps us by figuring out what we can do, we adapt. It's sort of like the quote from Bruce Lee

"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who had practiced one kick 10,000 times." We are just perfecting ourselves and adapting to problems by having limitations.

I originally painted the spider–man below with watercolor paint. Now i want to do a Stencil graffiti style canvas, so im allowing my self to only use 4–5 layer stencil. With limited colors since there is not a lot of mixing in spray paint. so here is what i got so far.

It took me a while to re-draw it in another larger paper, and from there i had to trace it, but what takes the most time is cutting the cardboard.
